April 11th, 2022 - Self Care - We will eat dinner together and talk about self-care while also learning some helpful ways to take 5 minutes a day to care for yourself! As the stewardess teach us before we take off in an airplane, we need to put our air mask on first before we can help others with theirs.

January 10th we are doing “CROCKPOT MEALS” We will put together 5 crockpot meals that you will go home with along with a brand new crockpot! We will be learning the importance of meal planning/prep/budgeting.
